The question is simple how do I rear Hypoponera sp. The reason why is that I cough a bunch of Hypoponera sp. adults of different sizes and with these I can start a small colony. Sence these ants have no problem with inbreeding I can have these guys i mean girls will first lay infertal eggs then when these mature they will breed, all I need to do is keep catching workers and keep them alive. So have any of you guys and gal's ever keep or kept any of these.

I am not overly familiar with these ants, but if the workers are capable of breeding then it should work.

Try to get as many workers at once as you can.  I am not sure of this species, but any species have different colony scents - and even if a few workers are separated too long their scent will have changed enough that they will fight.
