Does anyone else run into problems with the site loading properly? 9/10 times I try it loads unusably incorrect. Same thing despite clearing cache and cookies and trying IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Maybe a scripting issue?

Works for me.  I used an incognito browser tab in Chrome.
