I was biking home yesterday from my Grandmothers house and found her on my shirt, so I stuck her in a test tube. She is only about the size of a neoniger worker.

 

I seen a few Lasius neoniger flying as well.

Maybe Brachymyrmex? I have no experience with Brachymyrmex so i'm not sure.
