Sanded vs Unsanded Grout

Does anybody know is sanded or unsanded grout works better to build a formicarium both structure and hydration wise? Help would be appreciated!

I made a post about this a while ago. I use sanded grout for my formicariums and so do many other people, I also know a lot of people that use unsanded grout. Some say unsanded grout absorbs water better, but honestly I think they are about the same. Both are suitable for any ant related projects.
