Hello everyone sorry if this isn't setup well its my first forum. Now I've keep ants for a decent time but like many people I found myself in love with leafcutter ants so I was super excited to find out that Texas has native leafcutter ants and so I've tried searching for nests with very limited success and only found one area where they were at and I was hoping to catch some queens this upcoming nuptial flights season but I heard they fly very early in the morning and the park isn't open at the time and I was devestated as Atta texana has quickly become my favorite ant species even more so since its a native species, (also I've done my research I've been studying leafcutter care for months now) and so what I'm asking is if anyone knows any spots near Houston or Sugarland with Leafcutter ants that doesnt close at their flight times(you don't need to give me an exact spot if you don't want people in your spots but i just need a general area) and or someone willing to find, catch, and sell me a queen. Please and thank you!
