Ant Queen only 3 offspring?

I caught a queen Ant back in September of 2024 she only had three offspring and never laid anymore eggs I’m located in southeastern Wisconsin is there anything I can do? and what species is she? Please and thank you!  :D

Looks like some species of Formica. She likely stopped laying because these hibernate over winter and stop laying around that time of year. They should start laying soon if heated and fed well. I'd also recommend that you house them in a test tube, since that nest is likely too large for them.
