Want to buy some honeypot ant colonies in Los Angeles, or other large colonies of species
What is your level in ant keeping, because as far as I know, honeypot ants have a very hard time to get them up and running, also I am pretty sure that honeypots come with a costly tag or 100-150 dollar per small colony? That is as much info as I can give you because I don’t know much about California and the only species I saw there when I visited Los Angeles was Argentine ants and RIFA… so don’t take my info to heart because if could be wrong
Currently keeping:
1x Formica subsericea, 20+ workers + wait, SMALL BROOD PILE? IN FEBRUARY?!?
1x Crematogaster cerasi 2 workers with brood (still growing)
*As you watch your ants march, remember that every thing begins with a small step and continued by diligence and shared dreams*

Yeah, I have beening keeping them for about 5 years. I just been in LA couple of weeks ago, I found it's not easy to buy some large colonies like in my hometown.
