Welcome the FC, Tetramorium is a cool species to keep, they grow fast and swarm their food, how big are they right now? Anyways, I hope that you will find Formiculture a fun and helpful Forum!

Welcome! RushmoreAnts has an exceptional journal I would recommend reading for both laughs and to better care for your colony; You can find it here: Adak's Tetra Trek: The Next Generation (Updated 1/1/'25)

Yes. The mature workers which come when the colony has several hundred workers are more than double the length of the nanitics.
