2nd pic is Crematogaster, better pics of the first would be helpful.
Edit: first kinda looks like Pheidole from what I can tell.

the alate looks like Prenolepis imparis. crematogaster could be laeviuscula or hespera

Prenolepis imparis do not fly this time of year, and these ants do not quite look bulky enough for them. My guess would be something along the lines of Forelius.
