Good morning. You will want to follow the ID template found here in order for us to have the most resources to accurately ID your queen. (Also you might want to reupload your image, it is not working).

Indeed. Try uploading your image to an image hosting site such as Imgur, uploading it to the Formiculture gallery, or attaching it to your post in "Use Full Editor."
