Sorry to hear about their demise. The both times I tried to start small colonies of this species were also utter failures. I don't think I will try any more with Pogonomyrmex.

I was thinking about you when I wrote this, actually. I think I will join you in the no Pogonomyrmex boat, although I hate to see these themed formicaria go to waste.
