Is museum glass at Tar Heel Ants worth getting for the extra $8? I have a standard glass and museum glass nest and I can’t really tell a major difference. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I haven't had the standard glass but I can tell you that the museum glass is excellent for viewing and photographing the ants as it has reduced glare so camera lights won't mess with the picture.  (y)

For normal situations probably not but if you are planning to take lots of pictures of your colony maybe worth a shot.

100% worth it, less reflection.
