I have an extra 10 gallon fish tank that I was thinking of using for a natural formicarium, does anyone know if there are any companies that make lids for tanks that have a lip for fluon application, but then there is a rectangle cut out in the center, so you can feed and apply more fluon as needed. Another option would be just to use the tank as an outworld, but then I would have to have the lid have a small hole in the corner for the tubing, as well as figure out how to make the tubing not to steep so that the ants can still climb it.

I am in the process of making my own 10 gal formicarium, and I am planning on adding fluon to the sides, and covering the top with 100 micron mesh, and cutting a hole in the middle as a way to feed them. As for companies that make lids, sadly I don't know of any. Hope this helps.

Go to a hobby store and buy a big poster frame with flexible plastic instead of glass. Cut this plastic with scissors to fit your needs and glue it to the rim with silicone.

Could I cut it with like a cardboard cutter or something similar? As i will need to cut out the center.

This material is soft enough to cut with scissors once you start a hole in the middle.

An acrylic sheet like this from Menard's could work too and be cheaper. Possibly using a jigsaw with a blade like this or some other form of saw with a plastic blade could work. This allows for the most accurate cut.
