I own a brachymyrmex sp and since they are so small I wondered if it would be good to use a tictac box as their outworld. Will post pic of the setup later.

Keeper of brachymyrmex sp.
As long as it's sealed I don't see why not. I used grout-coated $1 pencil cases for my Tetras.

Formerly called AntsDakota, not to be confused with Ants_Dakota (hence the name change). You can still call me Adak.
Keeping:

That's a Good Idea.
I keep:
(angry) Pogonomyrmex Rugosus,
(stubborn) Myrmecocystus Deplisis
Tetramorium Immigrans
Monomorium ergatogyn Journal
And many Carnivorous plants such as:
Dionea (fly trap) Sarracenia x 'Fiona' ( American Pitcher plant)
Nepenthese ventrata (Tropical Pitcher plant Pinguicula agnata x emarginata (Butterwort)
I have 3 queen sized holes on the sides of the tictac box, the top right hole connects to a fully filled water test tube, the bottom 2 are for external connections such as the actual farm, and connecting the queen's test tube. I made a ramp next to the lid, along with a tinfoil plate to feed them directly through the openable lid. Will send pic.
