Would a tictac box work well for an ant farm outword?

I own a brachymyrmex sp and since they are so small I wondered if it would be good to use a tictac box as their outworld. Will post pic of the setup later.

As long as it's sealed I don't see why not. I used grout-coated $1 pencil cases for my Tetras.

I have 3 queen sized holes on the sides of the tictac box, the top right hole connects to a fully filled water test tube, the bottom 2 are for external connections such as the actual farm, and connecting the queen's test tube. I made a ramp next to the lid, along with a tinfoil plate to feed them directly through the openable lid. Will send pic.
