Just for the future, are you able to but/sell solenopsis species in Cali? They are invasive, so I was wondering if I would be able to but them sometime in the future or if it's illegal to spread them to other places.

And many Carnivorous plants such as: Dionea muscipula (fly trap), Sarracenia x 'Fiona' ( American Pitcher plant), Nepenthese ventrata (Tropical Pitcher plant), and Pinguicula agnata x emarginata (Butterwort) (show off your plants here)

Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores it's provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. Proverbs 6: 6-8

Only invicta is banned, and even then I don’t think you’d have any issues if you caught it yourself. The rest are native and perfectly legal to buy/sell (including xyloni, which is very similar to invicta in terms of behaviour and care)
