And many Carnivorous plants such as: Dionea muscipula (fly trap), Sarracenia x 'Fiona' ( American Pitcher plant), Nepenthese ventrata (Tropical Pitcher plant), and Pinguicula agnata x emarginata (Butterwort) (show off your plants here)
Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores it's provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. Proverbs 6: 6-8
“You’ll survive” -wise man.
Currently keeping:
Brachymyrmex patagonicus
Solenopsis invicta
Crematogaster sp.
3.5/5
AntsCanada, is ok nowdays. I liked it better when all his videos were about ants.
I'm going to say 3/5 only because some of his latest vivarium videos are on moving ants in but they are kinda dramatic
Currently Keeping:
Camponotus texanus x2 Pheidole obtusospinosa - Pupae
Camponotus vicinus - 15-20 workers Solenopsis xyloni x7 - Batch of eggs
Camponotus pennsylvanicus - 75-85 workers Pheidole lamia - Batch of eggs
Crematogaster lineolata x4 - 40-50 workers
Dorymyrmex bureni - 3 workers
Solenopsis invicta - 10000-15000 workers
Formica spp. - 5 workers
Whenever he gets a new colony or new queen he makes one or two videos and never makes another updates. I wish he stopped keeping the same 3 species and kept some more interesting ones like Camponotus, Pheidole, or the Dilobocondyla and Tetraponera queens he caught a while back. His vivarium series is interesting but I just want to see more ants again. 3/5
I have to say 2/5 because I am new to antscanada, I started watching in early january, and I was watching the videos from a few years ago and the change was huge
