Are my ants ready for an nest?

I have a crematogaster ant colony that has at least 75-100 workers that are in a test tube portal. But they only fill one test tube. Do you guys think they are ready for a nest and outworld? It's getting hard to feed and clean the test tube portal. If they are do you have any recommendations on a good nest and outworld that are good for crematogaster ants.

Put the test tube in an escape proof outworld. Look in my Crematogaster journal to see how I make outworlds for them.

a bifurcated mini heart would also work but ANTdrew's option is just as good.

Crematogaster cerasi would outgrow a mini-hearth in six weeks.
