Hello. Caught new queen. Caught in front of home. Caught on July 31 ,2024. About 5.5 mm long. red-orange head and thorax, black abdomen. Flew at dawn after midnight-rain.

No, looks like Pheidole like the last one. If it's not Pheidole I would say Solenopsis, but Pheidole would best match the size.
