Eastern MA Ant (queen?) request

Hello, these ants were caught on the screen door around 6pm on August 25th in eastern MA. The ants are about 8mm to 10mm long with black head and thorax and a red tinted garter. Both ants had wings attached until caught then were dropped.

Most likely Aphenogaster picea

Aphaenogaster fulva, not picea.
