Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, yet it stores it's provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. Proverbs 6: 6-8

Good old December-Jan is always the lowest. But I guess that makes sense because some ants are in dispause.

Wait I have an idea. What if we pick the date we all log in on now, so that more people have the chance to see it? For example, most people only had a month to prepare or view when it would happen, if we picked the date now, more members would be able to see it over a 10 month span, if we where to do it in July.

They might, but some would put it on calendar. It's just a suggestion.

They wouldn't if they were constantly being reminded. The problem is making sure the people doing the reminding don't forget, a taller order than it sounds.

I could remind everyone once every few weeks, but do you think anyone would complain about spamming?

Some might, but you could probably get away with it if it's every few weeks and you change up the message a little. The problem is, will you remember this exists after several weeks of no one talking about it?

Now that you mention it, we could do July 4th for Independence Day. Some people may have it off work, and it's arguably easier to remember.

Does anyone else have a different date they want put up before we decide? Otherwise I think July 4th is a great idea.
