Messor.
The legality of importing and exporting ants is something you'll have to research both for the country you're going to and coming from, respectively. In many cases, even if native, the transport of live animals is restricted.

Ho, I'm on a vaccation on Corsica in Propriano, and just now, after rain I found those queens in a pool, I think there are two separate species, one being notably larger with bigger guster. Can you tell what species could they be and if I can safely export them to middle Europe, or if they are endemits?

I am no expert on Eurpean species of ants, but the first two images are of a male, and rest second are a queen. Someone more experienced can take it from there.

Tbh I'm not sure if it's the same species, but it's likely. Also what's that hairy ant? I guess their queens are hairy too, but they look really cool

It does not appear the EU regulates the transport of queen ants nearly as strictly as the U.S. does, though from my research it appears you need permits if the species is invasive. You also need a health certificate for intra-Union trade of animals. There are many European vendors who sell ants across national boundaries in the EU, so as long as you follow the regulations below you shouldn't have any issues.
