Yeah, I haven't found their nest entrance yet, but I'm thinking they are living under the large flat rock I always see them on
Cyphomyrmex have to be my favorite looking fungus growers. They just look so interesting to me.

Ants I have: Tapinoma sessile(2 queen colony). RED MORPH Camponotus neacticus(now has pupae!), Tetramorium immigrans (x3), Aphaenogaster sp, Temnothorax sp, Brachymyrmex sp. possibly infertile , Ponera pennsylvanica, and Pheidole morrisi!
Other insects: Polistes sp. Queen
Ants I need: Pheidole sp., Trachymyrmex sp., Crematogaster cerasi , Dorymyrmex sp. Most wanted: Pheidole morrisii

Great pictures, yes light is the most important thing and diffusing harsh light makes pictures look more natural especially with flash, but also during heavy sunlight. The one I currently use is a little bit small, if I used a bigger one it'd be even better.
