Hello, everyone! I am an antkeeper from India who is currently keeping a Camponotus Parious colony(The Quicksilver Protectors. Queen: Silverfish) and a Harpegnathos Saltator queen(Rexy) as well as an unidentified queen(Clumsy Lily). My top 5 favourite ant species are: Myrmoteras indicum, Protanilla flamma, Euprenolepis procera, Mycetagroicus inflatus and Megalomyrmex symmetochus. Looking forward to learning more about antkeeping and getting to know you all!

mine currently has 5 nanitics and 1 more eclosing tommorow. What are your tips?

I've had same species 2 times the last 2 years, and both got to 4 nanitics but my old house was filled with RIFA fire ants and they killed the queen. This year, its looking even better!

This is the first time I got them to produce nanitics actually. I love this species a lot too because they swim and I love their silver sparkle too. Even though I don't have much personal experience in taking care of them, I have seen wild colonies. They are VERY skittish and seem to be scavengers, as I have only seen them eat dead insects.
