First of all I will be releasing them since I cannot take them back to Virginia with me but I would like to know what they are if anyone knows. Found around Moab Utah, I’m assuming they had a nuptial flight recently and may still be having them because for 2 days now I’ve found loads of them wandering around.

Beautiful coloration. What's the size of these? I'm not super familiar with the region but it reminds me of Forelius sp. or something similar?

It's a Forelius gyne. Can't really say which species without pictures of the head/scapes.

Yeah first looks like Pheidole and the last looks like Myrmecocystus. Middle might be monimoriom?

On the new post, first images are likely Pheidole. I can't really tell for sure without closer images of the petiole.

Middle queens are some kind of small myrmecine.

Last image is probably Myrmecocystus sp., notice the long curving hair under the head. They're known as psammophores.

Unfortunately, it's practically impossible to get to species level with those images. The first image is Forelius, second is a Pheidole species, third is Myrmecocystus mimicus or M. romainei, and the fourth is Monomorium.
