They're legal in both California and Texas? I'm not sure. I saw some online but out of stock. Where do you get the permit in CA and which form do I need to fill out?Yeah. Invasive I’m pretty sure if released within CA and you also need a permit to keep them in states where they don’t live. They are known as Texas Bullet Ants but I’m not sure If they are actually legal in Texas (pretty sure they are). I’d see why that would be an option…
Actually you only need that permit to ship it over state lines, you can keep it if you caught it in CA. If you would like to buy them from out of state, fill out a PPQ 526 Permit on the APHIS eFile website. They're legal in both California and Texas? I'm not sure. I saw some online but out of stock. Ants are small creatures... but together... they can rule the world.
