My lasius claviger colony has eggs!

Acquired a new colony of lasius claviger ants from Stateside Ants and noticed today they have eggs. They have been feeding heavily on sugary foods and have eaten some bugs as well, mainly a crushed up baby dubia and some fruit flies. Are the workers from the queen, or are they hosts? Also please keep us updated!

Ants are small creatures... but together... they can rule the world.

Honestly, I do not know. I believe they are hosts. I got them from stateside ants. I can't wait to watch the colony hopefully expand. Hoping they don't eat the eggs or anything. I'll post more videos later.

Yeah those are the biological workers. They look fuzzier than regular Lasius hosts; and larger (I’m not super sure so correct me on this).

Keeping:

3x - S. molesta (colonies and single queen)                1x - C. nearcticus (founding but no eggs)   (y) New!

1x - C. chromaiodes (colony)                                       1x - C. subbarbatus (founding)  

1x - F. subsericea (founding)                                        1x - T. sessile (mega colony)

3x - P. imparis (colonies)  

2x - L. neoniger (founding)

They could be claviger workers but they probably aren't that queens biological workers.
