Lasius nearcticus is flying in the northeast around now, and this looks like it. A clearly focused view of the maxillary palps, dangly bits on the underside of the head, would be needed to confirm whether it's this or some other Lasius.

Looks like Lasius to me.
She's missing a leg too. I hope I didn't do that while capturing/transfering her. Maybe this is a common problem? I shouldn't expect this to impact her much, right?
