I have one camponotus snellingi colony in my possession, but I think that I just found another colony in an old piece of wood.

The new colony seems to have been a large satellite colony from the first colony.

I have been feeding them termites and wild boiled insects(ran them under hot water). Sadly since I wasn't out for 2 days and had left the lid up, about half the colony with the brood has escaped, but the queen is still here.

Well as long as she has workers (the main priority really) and some brood (if there isn’t brood, then try to brood boost them) then the workers will tend and take care of the brood, and the queen can begin laying eggs again.
