I have to be honest that I want to get a L. neoniger colony. There are absolutely huge nuptial flights in my area (triple one time from S. molesta B. depillis and L. neoniger). I once got a de-alate which was near her colony; I assuming that she was mated, but she wasn’t. Three days later, she was paralyzed, (I believe it’s due to stress, or some kind of parasite).
Keeping:
3x - S. molesta (colonies and single queen) 1x - C. nearcticus (founding but no eggs) New!
1x - C. chromaiodes (colony) 1x - C. subbarbatus (founding)
1x - F. subsericea (founding) 1x - T. sessile (mega colony)
3x - P. imparis (colonies)
2x - L. neoniger (founding)
