That's amazing!  You are lucky.  I missed most of the S. molesta nuptial flights this year, but I did manage to find three dealate queens a couple days ago.  They are extraordinary little ants - I wish I could get them to survive more than a year in captivity.

try a dirt setup and c if that helps

Those could be Brachymyrmex, i seen some really orange ones before.

That is a Brachymyrmex depilis mating flight. Normally they're subterranean and you never see them, but the winged ones, and a feew workers running around among them, come out for the flights, then the colony disappears back underground.

A cinematographic tip - (I learned this the hard way, myself.) Hold the camera (phone) as still as you can for stretches of 5 or more seconds so we can get a better look at the subject. Your video was pretty shaky, and the ants hard to see, which is why so many lept to the wrong taxonomic conclusion above.

i got 1 going in a dirt setup, but not getting any more, too small of a ant for me

sorry my hands r shaky and i had flying ants all over me and the camera, next time i will try 2 do better
