Hi everyone!

I'm working with Dominic Ouellette with the Montreal Insectarium on a study relating to epigenetic caste development in Hypoponera opacior and Hypoponera punctatissima, particularly as they're the only genus with any species with dimorphic males.

We're currently looking for dead specimens or live colonies of Hypoponera opacior or Hypoponera punctatissima so we can compare populations of either, given that they are likely genetically very diverse.

If you're able to send some over, let me know and we will arrange something. (I can get them imported into Canada with no issues)

I can arrange some compensation (e.g. tickets/tours to the Montreal Insectarium) as well!
