Found her on a tennis court near swan and sunrise this morning, 23 Oct at around 10 am looking very dehydrated. Seems like a fungus growing species but I’m not sure if it’s even a Queen and I haven’t gotten around to measure her yet. Any input is welcome

Depends on where you are but it looks like it could be acromyrmex versicolor

It is a queen and a fungus grower. Probably acromyrmex or trachymyrmex.

Ok perfect, she is on the smaller side so I think trachymyrmex. Hopefully she has her fungus spore still. She looked rough when I got her off the court. Gonna peruse the care sheets to see if anyone has any tips. Thank you

Good luck. Fungus growers are my dream and I hope I can get some too.
