Add a quick glance I thought she was a camponotus species but after getting close-up pictures, I noticed the spines on her mesosoma.

Pretty sure it’s Aphaenogaster occidentalis, based on looks and flight time.

here are some more I took. They aren’t the best but hopefully this helps.Can you get clearer overhead and side view photos?
