I recently caught a large Strumigenys colony with ~30 workers and many queens. I am trying to move them into a test tube but I want a more permanent nest. What type fit them well. I'm thinking a wooden nest because I caught them in a sick but how much humidity do they need.

A wooden nest would be the absolute worst option. Strumigenys are some of the highest humidity ants out there.

Okay I suspected that. What nest should I give them?
