Queen from Europe? social parasite? (+BONUS)

Hi,
Today was very wet and hot day (almost 30°C) and this beuty flew in hair of my girl friend.
It was on parking lot between 3 and 4 pm.
It has gaster similiar to L. Niger, is it Niger tho? It looks smaller, and the gaster is narrow. But I'm new and I have no idea how many gasters like that exist.

Bonus question: still didn't find out what is this https://imgur.com/kTbMvEI it looks kinda similiar to the one on photos, but by its body shape, it looks to me more like Lasius fuliginosus.
Last time I posted that image on imgur, I got 55 views, but no reply, not sure why that is the case

Anyway thanks a lot anyone who helped me already in the past/will help me now. my first and main queen has a lot of eggs, but they are miniscule (L. Niger) but I hope that's normal and can't wait for first workers. if one of today's posts will show up as something interesting, they will propably become the primary queen and get bigger formicarium in the future.
