Newbie Ant Keeper. Looking for ID's. 1st request: Captured in Southern Ohio around July 4th. Queen 15mm long. Black overall. Prominent yellowish stripes on abdomen. Found crawling on a wooden deck.

Rothschild I.jpg Rothschild II.jpg

2nd ID request. Captured in Central Wisconsin (Rothschild) around June 4th. Queen about 12 mm long. Thorax is a mahogany color. I suspect it came from a ground nest in my lawn.

Not much to go on but would appreciate any answers/educated guesses as to an ID for these two queens..

Thanks to all!
