I realize these pictures aren't ideal but they're the best I could get with digital zoom on my phone. I'm trying to figure out what these are. They appear to have bigger heads than I normally see so I immediately thought Pheidole. They also have majors.

I found them in a fielded area near my house and they don't seem to be the usual Monomorium and Tetramorium that I find so I was happy to see more diversity here than I have previously found. Any help identifying them would be awesome so I can perhaps look for a queen at the right time.

Thanks!

Yes sir, those are Pheidole. Fun genus and a good sign of diversity.
