The title says it already: what are the triggers for nuptial flights in Italy?
Could it be a good idea to make a special topic for this? Where you can post or ask what a nuptial flight in your area triggers?

It's similar around the world. After large rain fall on a warm day some speices fly differently but that's basically it.

Light winds and high humidity are also big triggers.

Keep ordinary ants in extraordinary ways.
