I saw a video titled "rare camponotus yogi ants" or something like that. Are they actually rare and sought after?

They can be difficult to locate at times but they're far from rare

Ok, thanks
They are far from rare and not difficult to locate. The "rare" label was created by certain people due to having extremely lackluster identification abilities when finding workers and overall trying to overhype the reality of the find. They seem to not be sought after at all. The past couple years I've caught a few dozen each time and they barely sell at $15 for first generation colonies.
They're only hard to find if you're me and you actually want them.
