I founds these along with 4 Crematogaster queens

  The first was found running around in the back yard, and is aprox 5-6 mm. It appears to have a swollen gaster though.

  The second i found that night on the back porch, and is aprox 7-8 mm long.

 

  The photos are blurry.

It's really difficult to confirm an ID from your pictures.  My guess is possibly Forelius? Size in mm and better pictures would help.

Forelius pruinosus it looks like to me.

  I think the second is Dorymyrmex Bicolor but I'm most likley horribly off about that.

 

 I won't have the ablity to takee better photos for a time, but the sizes are in my message body.

That sounds reasonable to me.  I didn't notice you had 2 queens for some reason.  As far as pictures go, just try to get the shot in focus and with decent lighting.  The closeup part doesn't matter as much (although it does help) since you can always crop and zoom.

First one is most likely Forleius, or possible Dorymyrmex flavus. Second one seems like it is Dorymyrmex bicolor.
