Any have experience with using "inspection" microscopes? (Not trying to examine specimens in a compound-type microscope setup.)

I'm trying create a setup for easily viewing my formicaria, which sit on a desk, from about 2" - 24"

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences to share or recommendations.

Or how about any other microscope setups people use for viewing or creating close-up video of their ants? Anyone try one of these: http://www.amazon.co...duct/B005P40OXY?
