I recently caught an aphaenogaster rudis queen, and if it raises a successful colony I'm moving them into a special 12x12x12 box in the form of shrublands called Porto. I put the full details in ant journal. Anyways, I wanted them to live in a small nest in the corner of the box, but I can't find something that's just right. I was looking on antshack, but I wasn't sure if there was a small box like nest that would fit aphaenogaster.

Sounds like a good opportunity to try a diy nest.
Copy something like this tutorial: https://www.formicul...jaw-ants/page-2
