Brachymyrmex deplis accepting new queens?

I have a small Brachymyrmex deplis colony, I know they're polygynous, but I was wondering if they would accept new queens even after the founding stage? 


 Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?

There are so many fascinating ants right were you live!

I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that are not found in your area.

Unfortunately, most polygynous species DO NOT accept new queens after the founding stage. The exception to this rule is things like argentines and other invasives as well as some species like rufa group formica that sometimes accept queens back into the nest after flights.

I can back this up. Just yesterday, I introduced a dealate Monomorium minimum queen to my three queen colony, and she was met with instant aggression.
Even my attempts to reintroduce Nylanderia vividula queens from my old colony that I watched mate on my blacklight sheet have all failed.

Alright, thanks. I just wondered because I just did something similar to this with my Prenolepis imparis colony.
