I am soon going to be moving a young colony into a barely used formicarium. I had initially planned on expanding another colony but then realized that they were not yet ready. I am sure however that the formicarium has the smell of its former residents. Is there anything that I should do that would make the new home more welcoming to the new residents? Should I neutralize the scent?

They will probably be okay. Just a quick wash down is all that's needed.
