Caught June 20th in New York. I'm pretty confident that it is a male Tetramorium Immigrans but I just wanted to confirm.

Yes tetramorium male. Notice the smaller head with disproportionate eyes - a quick way to distingiush drones and queens. Tetramorium sp. can be distinguished from Pheidole, which they bear some resemblance to, by the two large discs between the thorax and abdomen - the petiole and post petiole. June is also the month when many Tetramorium usually fly en masse.
