Hello. I caught an ant, but I'm not sure if it's a queen ant, and what species is it. Can you help? Thank you.

From the image available I would say no.
That picture does not look like a queen ant. You can take better ones by putting it in a fridge for a bit to calm it down.
If you want an accurate ID, give more information please. A guide is clearly pinned at the top of the Ant ID Request subforum and hard to miss. I'm guessing it's Polyrhachis of some sort.

can't really see it in the image myself, but I'd guess not from what i can see. Take look at this and see if you can see it on your ant.
Look at this queen. See how her back has an extra large hump on it. This is where her wing muscles would be. And note the little dark scar patches on her back, that's where her wings once were.
The extra bit of hump on the back and the scars from the lost wings are decent queen markers to look for.
