Hi guys
recently my myrmecocystus mexicanus got some repletes died in the mini hearth. I wonder if I should take them out? or I can just leave it there.

They may still use them as a food storage source. Otherwise they will drag them out I'm sure unless they don't fit through the tubing.

From my experience my colonies just take them liquid out or as much as possible and then feed the rest to the larvae.

Myrmecocystus spp. will drink from a replete's dismembered gaster like it is a keg, but they will not put food into it. Only subtract from the stored liquid until it is depleted.

Pretty sure the remainder of the body is used as a protein source which I've actually observed in my setups.
