Hello from Scotland, I've been keeping ants for a while now and my wife has taken an interest too, we currently keep 5 colonies and look forward to meeting other keepers and sharing journals.
Thanks!

That’s awesome! Maculatus are definitely an awesome species. I myself keep a good amount of ants ranging from leaf cutters to honeypots to harvesters. I keep some Veromessor which are close related to messor.

Best way to do that is browse the journals section.
