As far as I know, there is only 1 small population of Atta mexicana in the US/Arizona and I'm only aware of a single US-based hobbyist successfully obtaining them (Cheeto). I very much doubt you will be able to find a supplier
That said, Acromyrmex versicolor (an other native leafcutter) should currently be quite available in your local ant-hobbyist circles
